The new attractive European quarter has been developed on the site of Stuttgart’s former rail freight yard. The Pariser Höfen (or Parisian Courtyards) are intended to bring a French atmosphere to this German city in Swabia. The seven-storey building in a top inner-city location has an urban, inviting, high quality and futuristic look. In addition to luxurious residential units, modern well-lit office space has been developed here. Biosfera Micro and Heuga 530 by Interface provide a suitable look in the work areas, which can be flexibly designed. Due to being particularly hard-wearing and produced in an environmentally friendly way, they also protect the environment and contributed accordingly to DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) silver certification.
